How to open a Support Ticket

For any communication with the technical support, Triplogik uses a support portal.
This allows to track all your requests and solutions in one place for our team to better help you. 

 

HOW TO OPEN A TICKET FOR THE FIRST TIME  ? 
 
From the Triplogik website, go to the Support section and select REQUEST ASSISTANCE HERE 
  

SELECT ONE OF THE OPTIONS ;  LOGIN OR SIGN UP. 

If you have used the support system before.

  • Select "Connect to your profile" 


If you have never opened a ticket, or dont remember. 

  • Select  "Create a new profile" 

Create a new profile

Enter your name and email 

Enter your support portal credentials

If you dont remember your password , click on "forget Password" 

If your email is already regitered, select the "Login" option as you already have a profile

IMPORTANT NOTE ABOUT LOGIN :

The support system does not use the same user and password
as your default TripLogik Manager software.

If this is your first request for support, you must first register.

The support portal is a central point where all your requests, solutions and communications with our team are found. 
This allows us to assist you efficiently and ensures a continuity in your requests.

If you have already opened a ticket, reuse the email you signed up with.

you can reset your password with the "Forgot Password" feature 

TAKE NOTE:

  • An activation email will be sent to you.
  • Make sure your system does not block our emails and check in your spam group ( spam)
  • If you use a web email, such as Gmail, check trough your web interface as spam will not get transfered to external email client like outlook 

Upon registration, if the name already exists, click Login and follow the normal login instructions

Once you are logged into the portal, under your profile, all active tickets will be included.

You can;

  • Consult the open tickets from the list of open tickets  
  • Click on an open ticket to consult replies or add more information
  • Open a new ticket for a different topic
  • Modify your profile information to make it easyer for us to contat you via other platform, like remote support ot phone.

IF THE EMAIL DOES NOT SEEM TO ARRIVE, PLEASE CHECK IF IT WAS NOT SENT TO YOUR SPAM BOX.

 

Password change Email and confirmation
If you lost your password , or dont remember, click on the Forgot Password in the login screen. Enter your profile email . 

Error message CAUTION

If you request a lost password and you receive the following message...

 

 

The email you are trying to use does not exist or it has been added to a SPAM list and can no longer be used. 

Please create a new profile or use another email

IMPORTANT: The support site does not use your User name and password of the TripLogik Application
This is a different system that has no link to your Application credentials.

 

EMAIL RETURN...  confirmation required 
 If your password request is accepted, you will receive an email like this. ( always check in your spam box if you cant find it)
Open the email and Click on the link to reset your password
