You can consult existing ticket, and open new ones once logged in.
The assistance website does not use the Manager login information. It is a separate and independent system for security reasons.
If you do not have an assistance profile, you need to create one.
When you create a new profile, you will receive a confirmation email where you must act to confirm your identity.
Please try to use the same email as you used in the Manager to facilitate cross referencing. (It will make it faster to help you)
Always include your instrument serial number when creating a ticket, as this is one of the main ID of your TripLogik Map account.
