How to open a Support Ticket

For any communication with the technical support, Triplogik uses a ticket service. This allows you to track all your requests and solutions in one place.

WHERE TO OPEN A TICKET From the Triplogik website in the support section  https://triplogik.ca/triplogik--the-best-mileage-recorder/support2 Select the self-service or VIP support tab

LOGIN OR SIGN UP Select another language if necessary (depending on the site link you have selected)

 If you have never opened a ticket. Use SignUp To create a new profile

 If you have already opened a support ticket in the past.Select Login and use your user profile 

Sign up  http://triplogik.freshdesk.com/en/support/signupCompleted the mini registration form if you have never created an account.

Caution, if you are trying to create an account with an existing email, the system will not allow it. You must use Log In

IMPORTANT: The support site does not use your User name and password of the TripLogik Application
This is a different system that has no link to your Application credentials.

Log in http://triplogik.freshdesk.com/en/support/login Completed the information to connect to the ticket system

Use the forgot password link, if you don't remember your password

Reset password (to log in ticket system)

If you lost your password , or dont remember, click on the Forgot Password in the login screen. Enter your profile email . 

Error message CAUTION

If you request a lost password and you receive the following message...

 

 

Either the email you are trying to use does not exist or it has been added to a SPAM list and can no longer be used. 

Please create a new profile or use another email

EMAIL RETURN...  confirmation required 
 If your password request is accepted, you will receive an email like this. ( always check in your spam box if you cant find it)
Open the email and Click on the link to reset your password

Once in the ticket system, under your profile, all active tickets will be included.

You can;

  • Consult the open tickets 
  • Create a new ticket for a different topic
  • Modify your profile information

We do not offer email support as it is impossible to do effective follow-up within a team.
