This allows you to track all your requests and solutions in one place.
HOW TO OPEN A TICKET ?
From the Triplogik website, go to the Support section and select Open a support ticket here
SELECT ONE OF THE OPTIONS ; LOGIN OR SIGN UP.

The support site does not use the same user name and password as the TripLogik Application
This is a different system that has no link to your Application credentials.

Reset password (to log in ticket system)
Once in the ticket system, under your profile, all active tickets will be included.

IF THE EMAIL DOES NOT SEEM TO ARRIVE, PLEASE CHECK IF IT WAS NOT SENT TO YOUR SPAM BOX.
Password change Email and confirmation
If you lost your password , or dont remember, click on the Forgot Password in the login screen. Enter your profile email .
Error message CAUTION
If you request a lost password and you receive the following message...
The email you are trying to use does not exist or it has been added to a SPAM list and can no longer be used.
Please create a new profile or use another email
