Certaines compagnies de carte de crédit facturent leurs clients pour des achats hors frontière. Ces frais sont généralement ajoutés , sans détails , par la compagnie de carte de crédit. Exactitude des informations

Nous faisons tout ce qui est en notre pouvoir pour que toutes les informations diffusées sur notre Site soient sans erreur, mais nous ne pouvons garantir ce fait. Nous pouvons refuser ou annuler une commande contenant un article comportant une description ou un prix erroné. Sauf indication contraire, les prix sont indiqués en monnaie canadienne.

Il est possible qu’un produit commandé en ligne ne soit plus disponible dans notre inventaire ou qu’il ne puisse être livré en raison d’une situation hors de notre contrôle. Nous procéderons alors à l’annulation de la commande et au remboursement des sommes versées en contrepartie, si c’est le cas.

Votre seul recours en cas de non-conformité de la description d’un produit est de le retourner dans son emballage original aux fins de remboursement, conformément aux dispositions de remboursement qui s’appliquent plus bas.

Inscription et mot de passe

Vous devrez remplir un formulaire d’inscription pour accéder à certaines parties et fonctionnalités du Site du Commerçant. Vous vous engagez à nous fournir des renseignements à jour et véridiques et à maintenir à jour ces informations en tout temps.

Vous vous engagez à protéger la confidentialité de votre nom d’utilisateur et mot de passe ainsi que l’accès à votre ordinateur, afin qu’aucune autre personne ne l’utilise. Vous vous rendez responsable de toutes les transactions effectuées dans votre compte à l’aide de ces informations. Vous devrez nous aviser immédiatement de toute utilisation non autorisée de votre nom d’utilisateur et mot de passe et de toute atteinte à la sécurité dont vous avez connaissance, et ce dans les quarante-huit (48) heures suivant la connaissance d’une telle situation.

Lois applicables

Les présentes modalités sont régies par les lois de la province ou état de Québec ou du pays Canada qui lui sont applicables. De plus, tout recours judiciaire contre le Commerçant doit être intenté devant le district judiciaire dans lequel se trouve la ville de Laval.

Erreurs de commande

Dans l’éventualité où vous croyez qu’une erreur s’est produite lors du placement d’une commande, nous vous invitons à nous en aviser sans délai, mais au plus tard dans les 48 heures de sa découverte en nous expédiant un message à l’adresse suivante : info@triplogik.com et en nous indiquant de façon suffisamment détaillée l’erreur qui a été commise.

Livraison et retours

À moins que vous n’ayez choisi un transporteur spécifique et un délai de livraison lors de la transaction pour lequel des frais supplémentaires pourraient s’appliquer, le mode de livraison et le nom du transporteur seront déterminé par le Commerçant et nos délais habituels de livraison sur votre territoire s’établissent à :

Nous nous engageons à vous livrer vos achats dans un délai raisonnable sujet à la disponibilité des transporteurs utilisés par l’expéditeur, lesquels sont seuls responsables de la livraison des produits ou services achetés.

Le risque de perte et le droit de propriété du bien ou du service acheté vous sont transférés au moment où celui-ci est remis au transporteur ou si la marchandise franchit une frontière internationale, ce risque vous est transféré après le dédouanement.

Politique d’annulation d’échange, de résiliation, de retour, d’échange ou de remboursement

Les annulations de commandes conformes et sans erreur ne sont pas permises.

Les échanges ne sont pas permis.

Vous pouvez demander le remboursement d’un bien qui ne vous convient pas. Dans ce cas, vous devez nous informer du problème qui affecte votre produit dans les quarante-huit heures de la réception de ce dernier auprès de notre service à la clientèle et obtenir une autorisation d’échange. Par la suite, vous devez, si requis par le Commerçant, expédier le bien à l’adresse du distributeur, afin d’obtenir un remboursement.

Sous réserve des autres dispositions des présentes, votre demande (de remboursement) (d’échange) (d’échange/remboursement) doit nous parvenir au plus tard jours après la date d’achat.

Dans tous les cas où un retour de marchandise est requis par le Commerçant, le droit de propriété sur un bien retourné ne lui est transféré que lorsqu’il a été reçu par lui à sa place physique d’affaires.

Limitation de garantie

SOUS RÉSERVE DES LOIS APPLICABLES, LE COMMERÇANT EXCLUT TOUTE GARANTIE OU CONDITION, EXPRESS OU TACITE QUANT AU TITRE, QUALITÉ MARCHANDE OU APTITUDE À UN USAGE PARTICULIER DES PRODUITS ET SERVICES VENDUS SUR LE SITE. IL EXCLUT ÉGALEMENT TOUTE GARANTIE OU CONDITION, EXPRESSE OU TACITE, DANS LE CONTENU, LES ÉLÉMENTS, LES PRODUITS (INCLUANT LES LOGICIELS) OU LES AUTRES SERVICES INCLUS SUR LE SITE OU PAR LE BIAIS DE CEUX-CI AINSI QUE SUR SES SERVEURS ET DANS LES COMMUNICATIONS ÉLECTRONIQUES.

Limitation de responsabilité

LE COMMERÇANT NE SERA PAS TENU RESPONSABLE DES DOMMAGES DIRECTS OU INDIRECTS, RÉSULTANT DE L'UTILISATION OU DE LA MAUVAISE UTILISATION DU SITE OU POUR L’ACHAT DE BIENS SUR CELUI-CI Y COMPRIS, MAIS NON DE FAÇON LIMITATIVE, LES DOMMAGES POUR PERTES DE PROFIT, L'UTILISATION DE DONNÉES OU AUTRES INTANGIBLES ET CE, MÊME SI LE COMMERÇANT A ÉTÉ AVERTI DE LA POSSIBILITÉ DE TELS DOMMAGES.

Les droits d’auteur et les Marques de Commerce contenu dans les informations publiées sur le Site sont protégés par les lois relatives à la propriété intellectuelle et sont rendus disponibles sur le Site par l’octroi d’une licence spécifique à cet égard.

Conformément aux lois relatives à la propriété intellectuelle en vigueur, il est interdit d'utiliser, d’afficher ou d’exposer quelque marque de commerce, droit d’auteur ou toute autre œuvre protégée accessible sur le Site pour quelque motif autre que pour procéder à la vente de ces produits et services sans droit de donner des sous-licences à des tiers. We reserve the sole discretion to refuse to serve you, cancel an order, close your account, remove or change the content of the Site, or cancel an order whether or not you have complied with these Terms and Conditions.

Customs fees and local taxes

Import fees
Innovation Carbon14 invoices the product and applicable taxes for deliveries within Canada. If the product is imported into a different country , the customer is responsible for any customs clearance, tariff, local taxes or other local charges. Innovation Carbon14 is not responsible for these fees and does not include them in its invoice. Charges may include , but are not limited to, local VAT, local tariffs, import fees, brokering by the shipping company, or a third party mandated by the shipping company.

Fees charged to the client by their credit card company.
Some credit card companies charge customers for cross-border purchases. These fees are usually added, without details, by the credit card company. Innovation Carbon14 is not responsible for these fees and does not receive any of them. For more information, contact your credit card company.

This website uses Canadian dollars currency only.

The products and services offered are intended to be sold to adults who have reached majority at your place of residence, 18 years old in the province of Quebec. By using the Merchant Site you represent and warrant that you are of the age of majority in your place of residence.

Accuracy of information

We do everything in our power to ensure that all information on our Site is accurate, but we cannot guarantee this fact. We may refuse or cancel an order containing an item with an incorrect description or price. Unless otherwise stated, prices are in Canadian currency.

The products offered on our Site as well as the dates of the offers, prices and availabilities, characteristics and technical specifications of these products are subject to review and change without notice. It is possible that a product ordered online is no longer available in our inventory or that it cannot be delivered due to a situation beyond our control. We will then cancel the order and refund the amounts paid in return, if this is the case.

Your only recourse in case of non-compliance with the description of a product is to return it in its original packaging for refund, in accordance with the refund provisions that apply below.

Registration and Password
You will need to complete a registration form to access certain parts and features of the Merchant Site. You agree to provide us with up-to-date and truthful information and to keep this information up-to-date at all times.

You agree to protect the privacy of your username and password as well as access to your computer, so that no one else uses it. You are responsible for all transactions in your account using this information. You will be required to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your username and password and any security breaches that you are aware of within forty-eight (48) hours of becoming aware of such a situation.

Applicable laws
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the province or state of Quebec or the country of Canada applicable to it. In addition, any legal action against the Merchant must be brought before the judicial district in which the City of Laval is located.

Ordering errors
In the event that you believe that an error has occurred during the placing of an order, we invite you to inform us without delay, but no later than within 48 hours of its discovery by sending us a message to the following address: info@triplogik.com and indicating in sufficient detail the error that was made.

Delivery and returns
Unless you have chosen a specific carrier and delivery time during the transaction for which additional charges may apply, the mode of delivery and the name of the carrier will be determined by the Merchant and our usual delivery times in your territory are as follows: 4 days

We undertake to deliver your purchases to you within a reasonable time subject to the availability of the carriers used by the sender, who are solely responsible for the delivery of the products or services purchased.

The risk of loss and ownership of the goods or services purchased are transferred to you at the time the goods are handed over to the carrier or if the goods cross an international border, this risk is transferred to you after customs clearance.

Cancellation of Exchange, Cancellation, Return, Exchange or Refund Policy
Cancellations of compliant and error-free orders are not permitted.

Exchanges are not allowed.

You can ask for a refund of an item that does not suit you. In this case, you must inform us of the problem that affects your product within forty-eight hours of receiving it from our customer service and obtain an exchange authorization. Thereafter, you must, if required by the Merchant, ship the property to the address of the distributor, in order to obtain a refund.

Except as otherwise provided herein, your request (refund) (exchange) (exchange/refund) must be received no later than days after the date of purchase.

In all cases where a return of goods is required by the Merchant, the right of ownership of returned goods shall be transferred to him only when it has been received by him in his physical place of business.

Limitation of liability
